We ship during the 2nd week of May and continue shipping in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Yes β€” free shipping on every single order, no minimum required. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which is typically 2–3 days in transit.
The more plants you add, the more you save β€” and you can mix and match any varieties. 2 plants = 20% off, 3–4 = 30% off, 5–6 = 35% off, 7–9 = 42% off, 10+ = 50% off. Discounts apply automatically at checkout.
Please submit a claim within 24 hours of delivery via our Claim Portal. Include photos of the plants still in the box as they arrived. Any variance from this process may result in a no-refund disposition.
Yes β€” we allow no-fee cancellations any time before your order ships. Once shipped, we can no longer cancel. Visit the Claim Portal and select "Cancel my order."
We grow plants compatible with all USDA growing zones, though it varies by variety. Use the zone filters on our shop page to browse plants that work in your specific zone.
