Description
This is a live plant! Agastache ‘Coronado’ serves as a supreme hummingbird and Monarch Butterfly magnet. Nicknamed hummingbird mint, it displays a vibrant punch of color, in a burst of yellow-orange, trumpet shaped flowers, accented by coral pink filaments. Hummingbird mint blossoms are contrasted by silver-gray foliage up and down the stalk. As they die back, deadhead the faded blooms if you wish to prevent spreading. Blooms will stick around from Spring all the way through Fall and is known for its pleasant mint or root beer aroma. See below for water, soil type and sun/shade recommendations. Cancellation Policy:
We allow order cancellation at any point up until the order has shipped. Once the order ships we no longer issue refunds for request of cancellation.
*Cancellations are subject to a restocking/processing fee equal to the original payment processing cost (approx. 3.1%), as this fee is non-recoverable once a transaction is processed.
What to do if there’s an Issue with your Order:
Your order will arrive with a QR code which takes you to our Claim Portal. To be refund eligible, all issues must be reported using our Claim Portal within 24 hours of package delivery timestamp per freight carrier’s system.
Damaged or stressed plants
If a plant appears damaged or beyond stressed/more than a couple yellow leaves or entire stem snapped at the base. Requests must be submitted through our Claim Portal to be considered for refund eligibility.
- Damage claims will require at least one (1) photo be uploaded to each relevant plant you select during the process.
- Photo Requirements:
- All contents still inside of the box, exactly as they appeared upon opening the box and clearly showing the damage referenced in your claim in plain view. Top packing paper can be moved aside to reveal and clearly show all contents within the carton in which it arrived in the photo.
- Any variance from this process will result in a no-refund disposition by our Team.
Plants Missing or Incorrect Plants Received:
- *Please note, this is not the same as lost or delayed packages – see next section
- Submit a claim using our Claim Portal within 24 hours of delivery as per tracking timestamp from carrier’s system.
- If approved, we will refund price paid for missing plants to make you financially whole on that order. This allows you to place a new order should you choose.
- If we sent you the wrong plant your claim will require photos of the plant received be uploaded including our tag with the variety name listed. In the rare event we deem it is not our plant due to packaging or tags in the photos we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
- Any variance from this process will result in a no-refund disposition by our Team.
Freight Terms:
- Tracking number is provided via email once order has shipped
- Delayed or Lost Packages:
- Reach out to our team if your order has not arrived in 7 days after shipping or if you notice something strange between tracking data points
- We will interface with the freight provider to try and facilitate delivery
- If when the plant arrives, you feel it is in very poor condition and will not recover, please within 24 hours submit a ticket in our Claim Portal and submit a claim for damage. outlined process for reporting damaged or stressed plants. Read section in this document regarding requirements for submitting a claim for damaged plants.
- After 10 days Perennialville will file a freight claim with the carrier
- If the package arrives anytime within 30 days, follow our policy on damaged plants in full
- If after 30 days package does not arrive, package is considered permanently lost and you will be refunded in full
- *Subject to a restocking/processing fee equal to the original payment processing cost (approx. 3.1%), as this fee is non-recoverable once a transaction is processed.
- Package tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate:
- Buyer must work with the freight carrier directly
- You can also check with anyone else in household or neighbors
- Perennialville will not issue a refund for these instances
