Tulips - 'Amazing Parrot'

Description

Parrot tulips are show-stopping variations of what we know about traditional varieties. The petals are cut, curled, twisted and feathered at the edges, and this Amazing Parrot variety layers apricot, rose and soft orange through them with green flames running up the outside of the bud. Fully open in sun, a single flower can span up to five inches when fully expanded. They’re a showpiece in the garden or in cut flower arrangements. Parrot tulips tend to be a little more heavy-headed and may lean toward the prevailing light source.
